PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Drawing review
Develop overall construction schedule including submittals and procurement

Prepare & submit permitting and approval documents
Establish a list of qualified sub-contractors
Prepare bid packages
Verify local work practices (union or non-union)
Level sub-contractor bids, make recommendations for award
Negotiate final pricing and contract terms
CONSTRUCTION
Establish submittal & RFI process
Coordinate all onsite activities
Site Logistics Plan
Maintain and manage Construction Schedule
Chair Subcontractor and owners meeting
Establish onsite safety plan and implement plan
Coordination of Change Orders
Review Workmanship and quality of materials
Coordinate all township inspections
POST-CONSTRUCTION
Obtain all final occupancy approvals
Support Furniture / Fixtures / Equipment Installation Activities
Move-In support
Prepare all close out documents, warranties, start up and training
Provide as-built drawing
