Tommy’s Tavern + Tap has officially opened its newest location at 71 NJ-23 in Wayne.

The grand opening was held on Wednesday, June 25th, and this new 9,160 sq. ft. space is packed with all the signature Tommy’s favorites — coal-fired pizza, poke bowls, pulled pork sandwiches, and a full cocktail program.

🍻 With 20 beers on tap, seating for 40+ at the bar, 20 TVs, 200+ indoor seats, and a 50-seat outdoor patio, it’s the perfect spot to eat, drink, and unwind.

We are proud to be a part of this franchise and are looking forward to the next location!

This past month has been an extraordinary experience and a true honor—from flying to Washington, D.C. aboard Air Force One for Ambassador School, to speaking before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and now being officially confirmed by the Senate. I’m honored to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to Ireland and look forward to representing our country with pride, purpose, and dedication. The journey is just beginning, as we prepare to head to Ireland later this month.

Our very own Daniela Bartelli spoke at the NAIOP Public Policy Symposium this March on UCC Self- Certification in Action: Real World Benefits and Efficiency Gains. She discussed its impact on project timelines, permitting processes, and real-world applications.

Walsh Company is excited to announce the grand opening of American Family Care Urgent Care in Elizabeth, New Jersey on Route 1&9!

As the General Contractor for the project, this 3,500 SF interior fit out features administrative areas, lobby, restrooms, exam rooms, nurse’s station with work lab area, state of the are XRAY facilities, all supported by comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

We are very proud to continue our partnership with AFC and to help local communities. 

Walsh Company enjoyed a night bowling to celebrate the end of 2024! The night was filled with lots of competition with some very skilled and some not so skilled bowlers. We had many big winners for the night including Ryan who successfully bowled three strikes in a row in the last frame!

Walsh Company is excited to announce the completion of our newest project with one of our continued partners. As the GC, we managed the redesign and fit out of their new office space. Build includes a custom soundproof phonebooth, eat-in kitchen a new bathroom and spacious conference room with state of the art visual and audio technology, as well as all new finishes throughout. Their new office projects a modern aesthetic with exposed MEPs that creates an industrial feel.

Walsh Company is proud to continue a 15 year tradition of volunteering with Interfaith Food Pantry for their Thanksgiving food drive. We are thankful to be a part of wonderful event and being able to help our community.

As Project Managers on this project, our role included contractor selection, coordinating designs, permits and budgets, progress reports, quality control, close out and acting as the liaison between our client and vendors.

This 15,000 SF project boasts a newly redesigned showroom, service area and 9-bay garage. As the Owner’s Representatives we enjoyed being a part of this project from start to finish.

In June, the New Jersey Hall of Fame Entertainment and Learning Center at the American Dream Mall officially opened. This 10,000-square foot facility was inaugurated by Gov. Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy, and featured NJ Hall of Fame inductees. As the owner’s rep, Walsh Company is thrilled to be a part of this important project.
