The Foundation of Walsh
Walsh Company is a multi-service organization that specializes in general contracting, client representation and project management services. Founded in 2003 by Edward S. Walsh, Walsh Company has developed into a successful enterprise of highly accomplished professionals headquartered in Morristown. As project specialists in general contracting, project management and construction management, we understand the full range of challenges involved throughout the project process. Our broad scope of services include site evaluation, technical and operational lease consulting, design review, value engineering, cost estimating and pre-construction services, construction administration, furniture procurement services, and relocation coordination. Drawing on our extensive knowledge and expertise, we are able to execute all phases of our clients’ projects from start to finish.

How We Got Here
Walsh Company was established in 2003 by Ed Walsh from the basement of his home as a project management firm with the simple intent on being an advocate for his clients on their projects.
As the company grew he recognized that we could advocate for our clients in other project related roles and our line of services expanded into General Contracting, Environmental and PoE Lighting.
