Ms. Lisa Kaufman is responsible for developing and maintaining the budget and schedule for the project while monitoring vendor compliance. Her diligence in providing updates throughout the process keeps the client well informed.
Prior to joining Walsh Company, Ms. Kaufman was employed with Gensler where she had roles as both a designer and project manager. While at Gensler she managed many high-profile and complex commercial interior projects simultaneously. Her experience as a designer and project manager at Gensler provides her with the skills to clearly understand the complete
architectural design and management process.
